Be first in the queue. Don’t sit on hold or wait for us to check messages. If your home is sold and closing, don’t wait—this meeting is urgent. Or, your Realtor may prefer the house to be empty and perhaps staged before listing? When you have a deadline on the calendar or a moving date scheduled, a complimentary visit with one of our Project Managers will help keep you organized and on the mark.
If you’re ready to proceed, we prefer to meet with the decision-maker whenever possible. You may be the Personal Representative, Executor, House Manager, Personal Assistant, or owner of the property.
*Ask about a FaceTime appointment. In-person is best, but sometimes this option can be more efficient for all of us.
