You will consign with us your special collection and can trust that we know the Fair Market Value of each piece. Prices are firm on opening days of the sale and only drop on Sunday in order to get the remaining items in new homes rather than the alternative. Customers can use our Smartphone App throughout the event to make offers on significantly priced items. If a special piece does not sell for our full asking price, it will be sold to the highest offer.

Our exclusive EMPIRE V.5 will notify successful bidders by email and text and invite them to return right away to pick up their item. Although we are not a traditional on-line seller and encourage customers to inspect pre-owned items for themselves, many customers do not visit the sale in person and use EMPIRE V.5 to shop remotely.
